I’m Not Coming Home is the second EP from the Newcastle based Worimi/Gamilaroi singer/songwriter/performer Jacob Ridgeway, following from the release of his award-winning debut EP ‘Bullyman’ which was released to acclaim in August 2022.

I’m Not Coming Home provides a contemporary fusion inspired by his love of the melodic passion of RnB, authenticity of Country storytelling and the drive of Hip-Hop production.

Jacob’s brooding lyrics and raspy yet soulful vocal delivery, describes a journey of straying from oneself whilst also derived from the co-writers’ own trials, tribulations & perceptions.

I’m Not Coming Home was originally co-written with Ryan Cornish during the 2017 DAG Sheep Station Writers Retreat and released in February 2020 (Track 2,3).

In 2022, Mr Rhodes wrote and recorded his verse over the bridge and the pair have since performed the song to thousands at events such as Yabun (Sydney), This Land (New Annual - Newcastle), Ngarrama (Newcastle) Festivals (Track 1).

I'm Not Coming Home (Track 2, 3) was released as a single in February 2020, charted on the iTunes Alternative Chart (#22) and the iTunes All Genres Chart (#122). I'm Not Coming Home also charted on the Triple A 2022 Original 100 Countdown (#13).
